This one-day equipment and activities based course will explore the possibilities of suspension and non-suspension equipment across environments. Learn how to create, modify, and adapt therapy devices that are safe and low-cost for an array of clients in clinics, homes, and schools.
Drawing from current science, this course will explore the neurological and anatomical foundations for proprioception, interoception, and vestibular processing. Practical application and discussions will illuminate how these sensations play a key role in self-referencing and body mapping for enhanced sense of our physical and emotional self.
