A New Chapter in Listening: Vital Links and Vital Sounds Are Now Part of Unyte Family
Expanding the Reach and Impact of Listening Therapies
Sound as a Bridge: Connecting Us All Through the Rhythms of Relationship
For more than 30 years, sound has been at the heart of my work. It has been a bridge between the brain and body, the therapist and client, and our inner and outer worlds. As you also know through your practice, listening is a whole-body experience, one that helps us orient ourselves, sense safety from our environment, and connect long before words appear.
That’s why I’m thrilled to share this exciting news: Vital Links and Vital Sounds are now part of the Unyte Health family.
This union brings together decades of sensory integration, Therapeutic Listening® and neurodevelopmental expertise we’ve built through Vital Links and Vital Sounds with Unyte’s neuroscience-based listening therapy programs, creating one home for listening therapy. Together, we will continue leading the way in evidence-based listening interventions, fostering a space where sensory integration and nervous system regulation are the foundation for transformation.
What excites me most is that Unyte shares our deep belief that listening is one of the most powerful ways to support regulation, resilience and integration. Together, we’re expanding what’s possible, giving providers more ways to grow their knowledge, extend their toolkit and bring listening therapy to life in ways that meet each and every client’s needs.
“At Unyte, we believe well-being begins with the nervous system, and that listening — whether to sound, the body, or one another — is a profound path to healing and connection. Partnering with Sheila and the Vital Links’ team helps us bring this to life in new ways, furthering our shared mission of making healing more accessible and empowering providers to help people reconnect with themselves, their communities, and the world.”
— Jason Tafler, Founder and CEO of Unyte Health
And I want to reassure you that, for now, everything remains just as you know it. Your courses, trainings, music, equipment, and certifications continue exactly as they are through VitalLinks.com and VitalSounds.com. Think of this as a gentle continuation of our shared journey — one that builds on our foundations while keeping everything familiar and supportive in place.
Together, we’re uniting sound and science, strengthening the bridge between the self and our connections with one another.
Warmly,
Sheila Frick
